Accessibility

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Our commitment

We want this website to work for everyone who needs it, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or captions.

People come to a personal injury firm after something has gone wrong. Some of them are hurt. A website that fights back is the last thing they need.

The standard we build to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That covers readable contrast, text you can resize, headings that describe what follows, a label on every form field, alt text on images that carry meaning, and pages you can operate with a keyboard alone.

Where we are today

We review this site against that standard on an ongoing basis and fix what we find. Accessibility is not a box we check once. Every new page and every content update gets the same review, and if something falls short, we want to hear about it.

Some tools on this site are built by other companies. Our live chat, which runs on Tawk.to, is one of them. We do not control their code, and we tell you so rather than pretend otherwise.

Tell us when something does not work

This is the part that matters most. If any page, document, or feature on this site blocks you, tell us and we fix it.

You do not need to know the technical term for the problem. "The contact form will not let me tab to the send button" is plenty.

Call 844-ASK-AZZO (844-275-2996) or use our contact page. Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. We respond, and we tell you what we changed.

Getting information another way

If you need something on this site in a different format, ask. We can read a page to you over the phone, send the information by email, or walk through it with you.

If you need an interpreter, a document in large print, or another accommodation to work with us, tell us that too. We arrange it at no cost to you.
