Terms of Use
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Azzo Law, PLLC website. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. If you become a client, your engagement agreement governs the attorney-client relationship, not this page.
What you can do with our content
The text, images, guides, and design here belong to Azzo Law, PLLC or to the people we licensed them from. Read them. Print them. Share a link. Do not republish, scrape, resell, or feed them into a commercial product without asking us first.
Messages you send us
Sending a form, an email, a chat message, or a text does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot promise confidentiality until an engagement agreement exists. Our Disclaimer covers this in full and it applies to every submission you make through this site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
When you send us information, send your own, and keep it accurate. Do not send anything unlawful, threatening, or belonging to someone else. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not send confidential case documents before we tell you it is safe.
Do not interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or harvest information from it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your inquiry or your case.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or lead generators for marketing purposes.
Opting in is never a condition of hiring us.
Client portal
The client portal is for existing clients of the firm, and your account is yours alone. Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has it. We can suspend or close an account that is being misused.
The site as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not guarantee it. Michigan law changes, and pages can fall out of date between updates. We provide this site as it is, without warranties, to the extent Michigan law allows.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or of sites we link to, to the extent Michigan law allows. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including our professional obligations to our clients.
We link to other sites for convenience. We do not control them and we do not endorse them.
Accessibility
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If something here blocks you, call 844-ASK-AZZO or use our contact page and tell us what happened. We fix it, and we get you the information another way in the meantime.
Governing law
Michigan law governs these terms. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Oakland County, Michigan. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
